Ms. Fair-Tis joined Oaktree in 2009, after having worked as a Consultant in the Human Resources department for over two years. Prior to joining Oaktree, she spent four years as a Vice President and Senior Recruitment Officer at City National Bank. Before that, Ms. Fair-Tis spent four years as a Regional Team Leader at Korn/Ferry International, Futurestep. Prior experience includes work at Dunhill Executive Search, Signologies and F.W. Webb, Inc.
