Jack Korzeniowski
Managing Director and Chief Information Security Officer
Mr. Korzeniowski is a managing director and Chief Information Security Officer, responsible for developing and executing Oaktree’s cybersecurity program. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, he served as Head of Cybersecurity Technologies and Risk at William Blair & Company, a global investment banking and investment management firm where he was responsible for developing and implementing security strategies across the organization. Before that, Mr. Korzeniowski served as a vice president and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Donnelley Financial Solutions, where he led the security technology functions. Previous experience also includes roles as a security leader at U.S. Cellular and Hillshire Brands. Mr. Korzeniowski has more than 25 years of information security and leadership experience from manufacturing, consulting, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, and financial technology firms. Mr. Korzeniowski earned a B.Sc. in computer science from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
