Jessica Dombroff

Ms. Dombroff is a senior vice president within Oaktree’s Global Private Debt strategy.  Prior to joining the firm in 2020, she was a senior associate in the Leveraged Finance group at Milbank LLP.  Ms. Dombroff received a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the George Washington International Law Review.  She received a B.A. in political science and criminal justice cum laude from The University of Richmond.  Ms. Dombroff is a member of the State Bar of California.
