Matt Warsaw

Mr. Warsaw is a vice president in the Special Situations Group. He joined Oaktree in 2022 from Greenhill & Co. where he was an investment banking analyst in the Restructuring and Financing Advisory group. Mr. Warsaw earned his M.A. in accounting and B.Sc. in management and finance summa cum laude from Tulane University.
