Srini Gopal

Mr. Gopal is a senior vice president on the Portfolio Transformation Team (PTT), a specialized group of operating executives focused on due diligence, operational turnarounds, and enterprise-wide value creation initiatives.  He joined Oaktree in 2025 from TriMark USA, where he served as executive vice president, leading enterprise transformation and strategic initiatives.  Prior to that, he held senior transformation leadership roles at Neovia Logistics, Boardriders Inc., and AGRO Merchants Group—consistently driving operational improvements and EBITDA growth across global platforms.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Gopal was with AlixPartners LLP, where he led complex value creation and post-merger integration projects across multiple industries and geographies.  He holds an M.Sc. in international logistics and supply chain from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
