Mr. Moores joined Oaktree in 1998 to start the firm’s European high yield bond management activities based in London, England. Previously, he was employed by Regency Capital International Limited, where he led the analytic team responsible for Nomura International’s European high yield bond portfolio. Before that, he worked as an Associate Director in the Structured Finance Department at the Bank of Scotland and was assistant to the Regional Director at Hill Samuel Bank Limited. Mr. Moores is an honours graduate of the University of Birmingham, England. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he specialized in corporate restructuring and insolvency.
