Jacob Wagner
Managing Director
Mr. Wagner is a managing director within Oaktree’s Value Equities strategy. He contributes to the analysis, portfolio construction and management of the strategy. Since joining Oaktree in 2015, Mr. Wagner has led public and private investments across a variety of sectors, and he has served as a director or observer on various boards. Previously, Mr. Wagner was an investment professional at Watershed Asset Management, where he was responsible for analyzing value-oriented equity and debt investments, and he was an investment banking analyst in the financial institutions group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Wagner serves as a volunteer with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Los Angeles. He earned a B.A. degree with honors in mathematics from Williams College.
