Jeffrey Chalmers

Mr. Chalmers is a managing director in Oaktree’s Real Estate group based in London.  Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he worked as an associate with Garrison Investment Group in New York.  Mr. Chalmers began his career at J.P. Morgan, where he spent time in the Real Estate Investment Banking and Real Estate Special Opportunities teams in New York.  He holds a B.S. degree magna cum laude in business administration and international studies from American University, as well as an M.B.A. from INSEAD.
