Kimberly May

Ms. May is a senior vice president in Oaktree’s Real Estate group based in Los Angeles.  She joined the firm in 2020 from Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, where she was an asset manager.  Prior thereto, Ms. May was an associate within the acquisitions and asset management division of CenterSquare Investment Management (BNY Mellon).  She began her career at UBS Global Asset Management as an acquisitions investment analyst, working up to the role of associate director, before moving on to TIAA-CREF as an acquisitions associate.  Ms. May received an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
