Alex Chan

Mr. Chan is a vice president within Oaktree’s Global Private Debt strategy and focuses on its Life Sciences Lending platform.  He joined the firm in 2022 from Evercore, where he served as an investment banking associate and worked on healthcare M&A transactions in pharma (large to small cap), biotech, generics and pharma services. He began his career as an investment banking analyst (generalist) at William Blair & Co.  Mr. Chan received a LLB degree from University College London.  He is a native Cantonese speaker.
