Alison Friedman Mermey

Ms. Mermey is a senior vice president and Head of Investor Relations for Oaktree’s managed BDCs. She previously served as a senior credit analyst on Oaktree’s U.S. Senior Loans team, where she focused on investments across the food and beverage, automotive, and services sectors. From 2012-2015, she worked in Oaktree’s Corporate Development & Strategy group. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2012, Ms. Mermey spent three years as an investment banking analyst at Barclays Capital. She received a B.S. in applied economics and management summa cum laude from Cornell University.
