Mr. Richter is a vice president in Oaktree’s Real Estate group based in New York. He joined the firm in 2022 from Wells Fargo Securities, where he was an investment banking analyst focused on the real estate, gaming, leisure and lodging sectors. Mr. Richter earned his B.Sc. in commerce from the University of Virginia.
