Caroline Martin-Glinel, CFA

Ms. Martin-Glinel is a managing director for Oaktree’s Capital Formation group based in Zurich. She is responsible for the institutional business development in German-speaking Switzerland as well as consultant relations in EMEA. Ms. Martin-Glinel spent five years in Oaktree’s London offices leading the consultant relations team for EMEA before relocating to Zurich to open Oaktree’s Swiss office in 2024. She joined the firm in 2019 from Och-Ziff where she lead institutional capital raising for the U.K., Switzerland and the Nordics as well as consultant relations. Prior thereto, she was a vice president in PIMCO’s business development team focused on consultant relations. Ms. Martin-Glinel began her career in Montreal with National Bank of Canada before moving on to Caisse des Dépôts et Placements du Québec (CDPQ). She spent four years with HSBC Global Asset Management, most recently as a structured credit analyst in the fixed income team of Halbis. She holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and an M.Sc. in finance from Concordia University. She is a CFA and FRM charterholder, and a native French speaker.
