Caroline Martin-Glinel, CFA

Ms. Martin-Glinel is a managing director in Oaktree’s Capital Formation group based in Zurich.  She is responsible for the institutional business development in Switzerland as well as consultant relations in EMEA. Ms. Martin-Glinel spent five years in Oaktree’s London offices before relocating to Zurich to open Oaktree’s Swiss office in 2024. She joined the firm in 2019 from Och-Ziff.  Prior thereto, she was a vice president in PIMCO’s business development team focused on consultant relations. Ms. Martin-Glinel spent four years with HSBC Global Asset Management, most recently as a structured credit analyst. She began her career in Montreal with National Bank of Canada before moving on to “La Caisse” (des Dépôts et Placements du Québec). She holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and an M.Sc. in finance from Concordia University in Montreal. She is a CFA and FRM charterholder, and a native French speaker.
