Daniel Kim

Mr. Kim is a vice president in Oaktree’s Real Estate group in Los Angeles.  He joined the firm in 2022 from CIM Group, where he was an acquisitions and asset management associate focused on equity and credit acquisition opportunities across core, value add and opportunistic strategies.  Prior to that, Mr. Kim worked for Wells Fargo/Eastdil Secured in the Real Estate Investment Banking group, where he advised real estate companies on M&A and capital raising transactions.  He received a B.S. in finance from the University of Maryland.
