Harry Whitelaw
Assistant Vice President
Mr. Whitelaw is an assistant vice president on Oaktree’s Corporate Communications and Branding team. In this role, he oversees the production of a broad range of Oaktree content, including the flagship Insights program. Mr. Whitelaw joined Oaktree in 2020, initially working in the Product Specialist group before transitioning to the Corporate Communications and Branding team in 2024. As a product specialist, he covered multiple investment strategies including high yield bonds, senior loans, CLOs, and opportunistic credit. Prior to Oaktree, Mr. Whitelaw worked at International Asset Management, where he was a product marketing associate focusing on alternative investments. He has a degree in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of York, and holds the Investment Management Certificate and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
