Hermann Dambach

Mr. Dambach is an investment consultant for the firm’s European Principal Group.  He originally joined Oaktree in 2004 and most recently served as a managing director and co-portfolio manager for the strategy, where his primary responsibilities included portfolio construction and management, oversight of the team’s investment professionals and overall management of the investment strategy.  Prior to joining Oaktree, Mr. Dambach worked as an executive director in the Financial Sponsors department of Morgan Stanley.  Prior thereto, he held roles with progressive responsibility within a number of European and global investment banks.  Mr. Dambach holds business degrees in business administration from the Bankakademie e.V., the predecessor organization of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.  He is fluent in German.
