Jacob Wagner

Mr. Wagner is a managing director in Oaktree’s Opportunities group in Los Angeles.  He also leads Oaktree’s Value Equities strategy, including its associated continuation platform.  Since joining Oaktree in 2015, Mr. Wagner has led public and private investments across a variety of sectors, and he has served as a director or observer on various boards.  Previously, Mr. Wagner was an investment professional at Watershed Asset Management, where he was responsible for analyzing value-oriented equity and debt investments, and he was an investment banking analyst in the financial institutions group at Goldman, Sachs & Co.  Mr. Wagner serves as a volunteer with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Los Angeles.  He earned a B.A. degree with honors in mathematics from Williams College.
