Jessica Palacios Gutierrez, CAIA

Ms. Palacios Gutierrez is a vice president within Oaktree’s Client Services team and is based in New York.  She manages client relations across Latin America and serves as the primary liaison for the Brookfield-Oaktree partnership.  Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Ms. Palacios Gutierrez worked at BlackRock as a vice president on the Product Development team.  Additional experience includes three years at Goldman Sachs, where she was part of the Executive Office team within the Realty Management division, now integrated into GSAM.  Ms. Palacios Gutierrez holds a B.S. degree in finance and economics from The University of Texas at Dallas.  She is a CAIA charterholder.
