Jessica Palacios Gutierrez, CAIA

Ms. Palacios Gutierrez is a vice president in Oaktree’s Capital Formation group based in New York. She is focused on client service across Latin America and for institutional clients in the U.S. Northeast. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Ms. Palacios Gutierrez was a Vice President at BlackRock on the Product Development team. She previously spent three years at Goldman Sachs in the Realty Management division, where she was part of the Executive Office team, now integrated into GSAM. Ms. Palacios Gutierrez holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from The University of Texas at Dallas and is a CAIA charterholder.
