Mark Jacobs

Mark Jacobs is a managing director and portfolio manager for Oaktree’s Real Estate Income strategy and serves as Co-Head of Real Estate.  In this role, he is responsible for co-leading the firm’s global real estate platform, with involvement in investment strategy and operations, and for overseeing the Real Estate Income (core-plus) business.  Prior to joining Oaktree in 2001, Mr. Jacobs spent seven years at American Trading Real Estate Properties, Inc. / Lord Baltimore Properties.  He holds a B.Sc. degree in business administration and an M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
