Martin Boskovich

Mr. Boskovich serves as Oaktree’s General Counsel and is responsible for overseeing all legal activities at the firm. Mr. Boskovich joined Oaktree in 2007 from Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. During his tenure, he worked in corporate law focusing on fund formations, M&A and securities law, as well as employment law focusing on practice focused on discrimination and wage class actions. Mr. Boskovich received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude and Master of Arts degree from the University of Southern California, and a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law.
