Se Young Cheong

Mr. Cheong is a vice president in Oaktree’s Real Estate group based in New York.  Prior to joining the firm in 2023, he was an associate in the Urban Investment group at Goldman Sachs.  Mr. Cheong began his career at PGIM Real Estate as an analyst focused on acquisitions in the Northeast.  He graduated magna cum laude from the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in economics with concentrations in finance and real estate from The Wharton School and a B.A. in international studies from the College of Arts and Sciences.
