Sici Cheng

Ms. Cheng is a senior vice president in Oaktree’s Real Estate group primarily focused on the Real Estate Opportunities strategy in Asia.   She joined Oaktree in 2021 from Ferguson Lane Capital, a Warburg Pincus-backed company, where she responsible for building a Pan-Asia real estate credit platform.  Prior thereto, Ms. Cheng was a vice president at Forum Partners, where she specialized in real estate private equity investments in Asia-Pacific.  Before that, Ms. Cheng was an analyst in KPMG’s advisory division. She holds a B.S. degree in risk management science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.  Ms. Cheng is a CPA and a CFA charterholder.  She is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in Cantonese.
