Jason Vassiliades

Mr. Vassiliades is a managing director with Oaktree’s Transportation Infrastructure strategy and leads the Transportation Innovation Group, which seeks to leverage technology through investment and partnership to enhance performance and return on infrastructure investments. He is a multi-disciplinary expert covering real estate, infrastructure and technology. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2018, Mr. Vassiliades was an advisor to the fund and CFO of CrowdVision, a leading airport data analytics company (and an Oaktree portfolio company). He spent an earlier portion of his career as an advisor and director of multi-billion-dollar real estate and economic development projects in the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Vassiliades has also worked for international non-profit organizations on social and economic development projects in the Balkans, Caucuses, and Central and South Asia. He is currently an advisor to several tech startups and a mentor at MIT's DesignX, a new accelerator for Smart City technology. Mr. Vassiliades has an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in finance from Miami University (OH).
