John Keleghan

Mr. Keleghan joined Oaktree in 2018 from Morgan Stanley. There, he spent 12 years, most recently as a managing director and controller for both the Wealth and Investment Management divisions, and served as a voting member on several governing committees. Prior thereto, Mr. Keleghan was a managing director and finance director for the North American region of Royal Bank of Scotland and also a contributing member of a few of the firm’s credit and risk committees. Before that, he was a director in the Global Markets Finance group at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Keleghan began his career with NYSE Euronext, Inc., as a senior examiner for Member Firm Regulation before moving on to a regulatory reporting senior manager role with Morgan Stanley. He received an M.B.A. in finance from Fordham University and a B.A. in economics from State University of New York-Albany (SUNY).
