Vice President
Mr. Wu is a vice president in Oaktree’s GFI Energy Group, which executes the Power Opportunities investment strategy. He is involved in all aspects of the group’s investment activities, including identifying potential investment opportunities, executing transactions and portfolio company oversight. He currently serves on the board of Saber Power Services. Mr. Wu is also a board observer of ArchKey Solutions and Remedial Construction Services (RECON). Mr. Wu joined Oaktree in 2020 from Flexis Capital, where he pursued private equity investments within telecom, business services and industrial sectors with a focus on critical infrastructure and related services. Prior thereto, Mr. Wu was a member of the NBA’s Strategic Development team and an associate in the private equity division of Quadrangle Group. He began his career at Bear, Stearns & Co.’s technology, media, and telecommunications investment banking practice. Mr. Wu received a B.S. cum laude in applied economics & management and biological sciences from Cornell University.
