Vice President
Mr. Jain is a vice president for Oaktree’s Structured Credit strategy, and also assists with the arranging and optimization of Oaktree-managed CLOs. Mr. Jain joined Oaktree in 2019 from Moody’s Investors Service, where he was an assistant vice president in the Structured Finance Group. There, Mr. Jain was responsible for leading the credit rating process for several CLO, CMBS and RMBS transactions during his seven year tenure at Moody’s. Prior thereto, Mr. Jain was an equity research analyst with J.P. Morgan, covering the U.S. small- and mid-cap software technology industry. Mr. Jain received an M.B.A. from Yale University and a bachelor of technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay in aerospace engineering.
