Steve Gudovic

Mr. Gudovic is managing director in Oaktree’s Opportunities group in Houston.  He joined Oaktree in 2014 from Highstar Capital with over 15 years of experience analyzing investments in the energy, infrastructure, power generation, transportation, industrial and utilities sectors.  Prior to joining Highstar in 2006, Mr. Gudovic was an investment banker in the Global Utilities group of UBS where he worked on debt and equity offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Gudovic previously served on the boards of Black Bear Midstream, Caiman Energy II, and NorthStar Midstream and as a board observer of Vac-One Services and RECON.  He holds a B.A. degree in history from Northwestern University.
