John Brady

Mr. Brady joined Oaktree in 2007 and served in the role as Portfolio Manager and the Global Head of Real Estate until early 2025 when Mr. Brady decided to transition his role and responsibilities. Prior to joining Oaktree, Mr. Brady was a Principal at Colony Capital, which he initially joined in 1991. He began his career working in various capacities in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch. Mr. Brady holds a B.A. degree in English from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. with concentrations in corporate finance and real estate from the University of California, Los Angeles. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation and was formerly Chairman of the Board of Directors of Homeboy Industries.
